1. Controller

Tim Kremers, Resinovo, In Venrath 17B, 41812 Erkelenz, Germany. Phone +49 176 43594878, e-mail kontakt@resinovo.de, website https://resinovo.de, VAT ID DE462344595. No data protection officer has been appointed, as there is no legal obligation to do so.

2. The most important points in brief

The app „All Off?“ works entirely without an internet connection and has no permission to send data to the internet. There is no user account, no login, no server, no advertising, no tracking and no analytics or crash-reporting services. Everything you record in the app – lists, photos and the times of your checks – stays exclusively on your device. The provider has no access to it.

3. Locally stored data

The app stores the following in your device’s app storage: your checklists and items, reminder times, settings (language, design, retention period), the times of your checks and the photos taken during them. Photos are deleted automatically after the retention period you choose (1, 7 or 30 days); the most recent complete check is kept until a new one is completed. You can delete all data in the app or remove it by uninstalling. Legal basis: Section 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG; insofar as the provider processes data, Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR.

4. Camera and photos

With your permission, the app uses the camera to take proof photos of the items on your checklist. The app does not access your photo library and does not save photos to the gallery. When saving, metadata such as location and device model is removed; the app only overlays the item name, date and time on the image. Photos are not transmitted to the provider or to third parties. Please do not photograph people. You can revoke the camera permission at any time in the system settings. Legal basis: Section 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG and Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR.

5. Device backups

Photos are excluded from automatic device backups (iCloud Backup, Google backup). Depending on your device settings, lists and settings may be included in these backups; Apple or Google, respectively, are responsible for this under their own privacy terms.

6. Reminders and widget

Reminders are local notifications that your device schedules itself; no push service is used. The widget on the home screen only shows status, time and list name, never photos.

7. Export, import and sharing

You can export and import your lists (without photos) as a file and pass on individual photos via your device’s share menu. The app only hands the file to the destination you choose; the respective recipient or service is responsible for any further processing.

8. Purchase via the app stores

The app is offered for a one-time payment through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Purchase, payment, invoicing and refunds are handled by Apple Distribution International Ltd., Hollyhill Industrial Estate, Hollyhill, Cork, Ireland, or Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, respectively, as independent controllers. The provider receives no payment data. Apple and Google provide developers with aggregated download, crash and usage statistics, provided you have agreed to this in your device settings; we receive these only in aggregated form and without any link to you personally. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR.

9. Contact by e-mail

11. No automated decision-making

There is no automated decision-making, including profiling (Art. 22 GDPR).

12. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection (Arts. 15–18, 20, 21 GDPR). As the app does not transmit any data to us, we generally hold no data from the app. An e-mail to kontakt@resinovo.de is sufficient.

13. Right to lodge a complaint

Competent supervisory authority: Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen (State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia), Kavalleriestraße 2–4, 40213 Düsseldorf, Germany, poststelle@ldi.nrw.de.

14. Changes

We will amend this policy if the app or the legal situation changes. The current version is available in the app under Settings → Legal and at resinovo.de/en/alles-aus/privacy/.
